During the installation of plastic lining equipment, we will inevitably have some problems due to ignorance or negligence. The problem is not terrible. I. Inspection before installation 1. Before installation, carefully check the rubber lining, especially the rubber lining of the flange joint.
2. If the flange sealing surface is uneven, you can use a wooden hammer to lightly repair it to remove serious unevenness. Flange gaskets should be made of acid-resistant rubber mats with good elasticity, and acid-resistant cement should be evenly coated on the flange sealing surface before padding, so that the sealing effect is reliable.
Second, the installation process 1, the rubber lining equipment and pipelines may sometimes be accidentally hit, in order to check whether the location of the rubber lining is damaged, or want to check the reliability of the system to prepare for commissioning.
2. Use the principle of conductivity to make the judgment:
① Fill the part to be inspected or the system with sulfuric acid solution. The power supply voltage should be 24V or 36V. The indicator lamp or ammeter is connected in series with the lead. One end of the lead is inserted into the solution.
② The other end is connected to the corresponding steel substrate. If the circuit indicates conductivity, the rubber lining is damaged. After testing, the solution should be discharged into a sewage treatment station for treatment.
III. Strict Prevention 1. Strictly prevent the rubber lining from being cracked when tightening the bolts. It is prohibited to tighten the bolts with afterburner. When the bolt holes of the flanges are misaligned, two flanges can be made on the spot and welded to form a loose flange for fastening. When the two or two adjacent flanges in the large-diameter pipe are displaced by the angular displacement, which makes it impossible to seal, simple handling:
① Only suitable for vacuum systems and working conditions below 0.2MPa. When the angular displacement is small, the gap can be filled with acid-resistant cement and the angle can be adjusted. When the angular displacement is large, the graphite plate can be partially lining and adjusted with acid-resistant cement.
② After the equipment and pipelines are manufactured, there is very little room for adjustment. In order to prevent the rubber lining from being damaged during the adjustment phase, it should not be set at the interface of the equipment, but it should be set at the convenient and adjustable pipeline.
