1. Operation operation: Water is supplied from the bottom of the machine and water is discharged from the top during operation. The outlet, water and inlet valves need to be opened.
2. Drop bed operation:
When the resin fails and the water quality of the test water is unqualified, we need to carry out the bed drop operation. In order to avoid random layers, we can use the drainage drop bed method. Here we need to open the air valve and the forward wash discharge valve to quickly drain the water. Close both valves when finished.
3. Regeneration operation:
① During regeneration, feed the regeneration liquid from the top of the exchanger, the flow rate should be slow, and the regeneration time is 40-50 minutes. Open the regeneration inlet salt door and the front washing discharge door, and then check whether the valve on the regeneration pump is open.
② Turn on the power switch of the regeneration pump and activate the "On" button until the regeneration solution is fed in, and then press the "Stop" button to close the regeneration inlet valve and the forward washing discharge valve.
4. Soaking operation: Let the regeneration solution of the exchanger be soaked in the exchanger for about 50-60 minutes. If we are in a hurry to use water, this step can be ignored.
5. Replacement and forward washing operations:
① During replacement, the forward wash inlet valve and forward wash discharge valve should be opened. The flow rate of waste liquid discharge should be slow. Control the flow rate of 4-5m / h, and the replacement time is about 30-40 minutes.
② The forward wash water inlet valve and the forward wash discharge valve are still open during the forward wash. The flow rate during the forward wash is fast, and the time is about 10-20 minutes. At this time, you need to take a water sample from the discharge port to test the hardness of the water sample. When the hardness of the water sample is ≤ 0.08mmol / L, stop the positive washing and close all the valves.
6. Open the bed and clean operation:
① When starting, water should be quickly fed into the bed and the bed should be flowed at a speed of 30-50m / h. The bed will be formed within 2-3 minutes. At this time, the water will be cleaned and the water will be discharged.
② The water can be put into operation only after passing the test. The water inlet valve and backwash discharge valve should be opened first, and the water outlet valve should be opened after the pass, and the backwash discharge valve should be closed for normal operation.
